Q: Do you offer custom printing?

A: Yes, we offer custom printing services to meet your unique needs. Custom options are only available on shirts that specifically state that they offer a custom option.

 

Q: Custom Apparel - Process and revision

A: A bit about our custom shirts and jumpers

  • Upload the photo of your dog(s)
  • Please include your dogs name in the notes if you would like the name printed on the shirt (notes field is in check out)
  • We will finalise a draft for you that will be sent via email. 2 free reviews are included. Additional reviews to your design will be charged at $15.

 

Q: How long will it take for my order to be made?

A: Orders are printed on demand with and made with love and care in Australia. Please note for standard orders, it does take 2-4 business days for us to print & prepare your new apparel for shipment. For custom orders please plan for 7 days turnaround time excluding shipping.

Express Shipping - 4-6 business days

New Zealand
Standard Shipping - 10-12 business days
Express Shipping - 5-6 business days

 

    Q: What is your return policy?

  1. Change of Mind: We do not offer returns for items purchased due to a change of mind.
  2. Custom Shirts: Custom shirts are not exchangeable.
  3. Size Exchanges: For non-custom shirts, we will allow exchanges for a different size if needed. Please note that the item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
